Every good detective knows that in order to successfully investigate a
case, a certain level of impassivity needs to be maintained — you get
too invested in the case, and mistakes get made. Investigating your own
mother's death would seem to be out of the question entirely, but how
can Nancy resist the chance to learn the truth about her own mother's
tragic demise? Nearly a decade has passed since Kate Drew traveled to
Scotland to neutralize a biochemical weapon. It seemed so unfair that
she should be able to successfully complete such a dangerous task, just
to die in a car accident, but maybe that's not what really happened.
Maybe there's another story — and when the echoes of a similar plot
